Project Description:
Bring in training expertise to assist staff over the learning curve of setting up and launching a website on this platform. This will allow the staff to move forward with a coherent and functional tool quickly, acquire the base knowledge necessary to maintain the site, and develop an expansion plan to phase in increased functionality.
Delivarables:
- Train staff on how to do configure, format, and launch five main sections of the website; to provide on-going consultation as staff proceed.
- Create a plan for the inclusion of a searchable knowledge bank and FAQ; provide training to implement plan to the extent feasible.
- Provide guidance and assist staff as to how to integrate third party on-line payment processor into website.
- Train staff on configuration and
- After host installs Civic CRM module, configure and train staff on configuration, maintenance, and functionality of module; assist in upload of contact information for schools; ensure connection between this module and the on-line forms; trouble shoot and resolve issues
- Assist staff in creating a plan for a curriculum bank for school use for curriculum creation, storage, editing, version control, permission control; identify modules that allow this functionality, if any. Assist with configuration of module and staff training on how to maintain and use this functionality.
