Description
DV Hardware Break-Fix Engineer/Support
Duties:
* Provide hardware break/fix end user support (Primarily HP and Lenovo Desktop Computers and HP Multifunction Laser Printers)
* Ticket Management
- Tickets resolved within SLA, unless expressly rescheduled by user or we are dependent on 3rd party
- All tickets are updated regularly with recent actions undertaken and clear description of resolution upon closure
* Network patching (fibre and CAT5)
* Preparation, testing and installation of new printing devices
* Printer Fleet optimisation including retirement of devices
* Asset Management (including monthly fleet and stock audits)
* Adhere to customer policies and procedures at all times
Skills:
* Understanding of desktop and printer hardware
* Experienced in fault finding and hardware break/fix repair
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* COMPTIA A+
