Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
Our client is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to lead functional consulting activities, work directly with clients, and deliver effective Dynamics 365 CE and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead functional consulting activities and act as a key client contact throughout projects.
- Lead workshops, analyse business processes, and translate requirements into practical solutions.
- Design functional solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, and Dataverse.
- Prepare functional specifications and project documentation.
- Coordinate tasks across project teams and work closely with architects, developers, QA, and project managers.
- Support UAT, user training, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
- Mentor less experienced consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing.
- Support presales activities, including discovery, solution design, estimation, WBS preparation, and proposals.
- 5+ years' experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM.
- Proven experience independently leading projects and working directly with clients.
- End-to-end experience on at least two projects as a Lead Functional Consultant.
- Strong experience with client workshops, business process analysis, and functional documentation.
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.
- Strong knowledge of at least one Dynamics 365 CE application: Sales, Customer Service, or Customer Insights – Journeys.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and explain solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
This will be fully remote anywhere in Europe.
