**Location:** Brussels, Belgium (Partially Remote)

**Duration:** months, Full-Time)

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Implementation Consultant to lead the implementation of a CRM application. This role involves comprehensive responsibilities from analysis and design to deployment and post-go-live support, focusing on integrating Dynamics 365 CRM with ServiceNow and SharePoint within a governmental environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Analyze functional needs and processes using customer files within the project's scope, ensuring robust security measures for authentication and authorization.
- Design and configure the Customer Service Module in Dynamics 365 CRM, including process workflows, integration with ServiceNow and SharePoint, and security measures.
- Develop and execute system and data quality tests, import data from current customer files, and ensure seamless integration with ServiceNow and SharePoint.
- Lead the deployment phase, including acceptance tests, change management, end-user training, and operationalizing the production environment.
- Provide support during and post go-live, ensuring the CRM application's stability and user adoption.
- Document technical and functional aspects for peripheral systems intending to use CRM data.

**Must-Have Skills:**

- Proven experience in implementing and configuring MS Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
- Strong knowledge of customer data analysis, contact management, and integration with service platforms.
- Proficiency in data quality testing and importing existing customer files.
- Expertise in establishing necessary security protocols within CRM implementations.

**Added Value Skills:**

- Experience with Dynamics 365 CRM in a governmental setting is highly regarded.

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

- Public Sector experience.

**Language Requirements:**

- Native level proficiency in Dutch or French.
- Proficiency in English is an added advantage.
