Looking for a Technical Support Engineer who has experience resolving issues raised by customers using Dynamics CRM
Role Title: Technical Support Engineer (CRM Dynamics)
Location: Dublin City Centre
Contract: 12 months daily rate contract
Start date: ASAP
Required Skills:
- 3-4 years in technical support and 1 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM online.
- Good Analytic & Problem-Solving skills
- Passionate to troubleshoot and resolve technical and non-technical issues
- Excellent communication skills combined with strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting end-users on both hardware and software
- Experience troubleshooting Hardware, Software and network issues and resolving issues
- Degree in an IT related subject
