My client s a leading International Professional Services Firm currently have a great opportunity for a E-Learning Developer, 40-50k, London City.This is an excellent opportunity for a creative individual passionate about Learning, with good design and developer skills to make a significant contribution to the creation of a range of new E-Learning materials and programmes.
Using instructional design theory and knowledge of e-learning methodology you will create e-learning solutions to deliver online learning resources. The ideal candidate will have a mix of skills across:
Graphic Design experience
Content Development Technical skills experience
Instructional Design experience (advantageous yet non-essential can grow into this element of the role)
This is a great opportunity for a creative developer with an eye for design and the relevant technical expertise to grow into the instructional design space, managing end-to-end projects for an internal client group.
Technical skills required: Authoring Tools, Multimedia Applications, Intranet Design tools such as FLASH (and/or AS3, Photoshop, Ilustrator and HTML5). SCORM experience a distinct advantage.
