Economist - Government - London - 6 months
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Economist to join a high profile organisation in central London and will be responsible for leading the development of the economic case of a special government business case.
Essential
A first or upper second class honours degree with at least 50% economics content.
Desirable
A Master's degree in economics would be desirable.
Member of the Government Economic Service or understanding of its work.
Experience Required:
Developing economic cases for business cases following the HMT 5 case model.
Experience of planning/project work.
Experience in economic modelling.
Knowledge Required:
Developing economic models.
Developing business cases.
Understanding of information management.
SC clearance is required to undergo this position
