Plans and schedules are an important part of asset management. Plan management is responsible for the management of some 800,000 plans and aims to provide the correct as-built plans for all domains in a timely manner in order to support and improve the safety and efficiency of engineer-ing, maintenance and projects. Innovation and optimization of tools, methods and processes are indispensable for further progress in terms of integration and advanced digitalization. The compa-ny is looking to strengthen its team with a planning management project officer.

Job description/Tasks
The project plan management aims to integrate GIS applications and existing Plan Management processes (Bentley Projectwise, drawing processes Bentley and Autocad) to facilitate the exchange of plans and data between the different stakeholders. As a project officer, your main tasks are:
• Work with program managers to determine the impact of "project Plan management on business processes
• In collaboration with the technical departments within the company (Engineering, as-built, technicians, data management), determine the need for new processes and rules
• In collaboration with the project teams and stakeholders, propose transversal processes and procedures in the different domains
• Assist in setting up digital and other tools by translating needs into functional requirements and testing their implementation
• Help create monitoring reports and dashboards
• Help communicate new processes by participating in info sessions or training target groups
• Provide support to users following the introduction of new processes and/or digital tools.

Profile requirements:
• Experience with GIS and plan management is a must
• Experience in Project Management is a must
• Experience in Change Management is a must
• Language skills: bilingual NL/FR with a good knowledge of EN
• Communicative
• Team spirit and cooperation
• Can work very independently
• Sees problems as opportunities
• An analytical and critical mind able to question proposals
• Analytical skills, pragmatic problem solver
• Technical understanding of the field of plan management
