Strong Electronic Hardware Design experience within industry. 5yrs+ experience. Proven experience in Electronic Hardware Design for safety related equipment and PLCs is highly desirable

Schematics capture & Component selection

Supporting Design Reviews/FMEA as appropriate

Supporting & coordinating outsourced elements, such as PCB layout

Supporting V&V and product testing activities including functional, environmental & EMC tests

FPGA experience required

Experienced in the use of Mentor DxDesigner and Orcad schematic capture software

Knowledge of IEC61508:2010 is highly desirable
