Email Campaign Manager - CRM/Email and SMS/Direct Marketing
Contract. Chester. 9 Months. £180 per day.
Our leading financial services client has an urgent requirement for an Email Campaign Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a recognised company and to contribute to their strategic business projects including new launches, conversions and notification projects. The successful candidate will deliver customer marketing campaigns across online communication channels and help deliver the year channel strategy and marketing plans to ensure campaigns are delivered on time against account and revenue targets.
Key Activities:
* Management of all email and SMS campaigns including artwork, approvals, data and end-to-end job bags through our email & SMS service providers
* Submission of all new creative and production briefs, ensuring accuracy and alignment with required policies and procedures
* Support and provide online insight for new product developments
* Ensuring all communications follow the ongoing requirements of the standards
* Liaise with the Partnership and Network teams directly on progression against marketing campaign plans
Key skills and experience:
* Experience of online marketing and other media channels, ideally both acquisition and customer
* Experience of Digital
* Experience of campaign management
* Experience of managing communications through external email service provider
* Experience of analysing data to gain insight
* Experience of managing marketing budgets
