Strong Microsoft Exchange knowledge essential & Strong Quest EMW/MME toolset knowledge essential. Active Directory user account administration experience is essential
Background
Providing full end to end email migration to Client's email users, and 2nd/3rd line migration assistance.
Role
To migrate a high number of clients in an enterprise environment from various Legacy platforms to one key standard platform using Quest/Microsoft Migration Toolsets and documented procedures. To provide support to floor walkers assisting migrated mail users and liaise with support teams on other campus site locations to ensure the smooth deployment of migrated clients.

Desirable
- Previous Banking experience
- Project or rollout experience in the IT environment
- Blackberry Enterprise Server experience
