Employee Relations Consultant - HR - 10 month contract - £280 per day
A large global asset management company is recruiting an HR Employee Relations Consultant for a 10 month contract, paying up to £280 per day.
The Employee Relations Consultant will be responsible for:
Advising, counselling and serving various employee relations issues including:
o Employee counselling,
o employment law,
o progressive discipline,
o violarions of policy,
o involuntary terminations.
The HR Employee Relations Consultant will also be responsible for:
- Identifying, analysing, avoiding and resolving employee relations problems through investigative, committee and project work.
Key Responsibilities of the HR Employee Relatuions Consultant are as follows:
- Resolving grievances, carrying out disciplinaries and other formal procedures.
- Provide advice and execution to HR colleagues on all ER and policy issues (eg redundancy, TUPE, sickness, terminations).
- Review and develop HR procedures and policies
The HR Employee Relations Consultant must have knowledge in the following areas:
- Employment law,
- Terminations
- Violations
- Personal issues
