My client, a CCG in London, is currently looking for a Palliative Care Commissioning Project Manager to lead in number of their current projects.To be considered you must have experience of:
- Commissioning
- End of Life Care services
- Frail and Elderly Peoples services
- Integrated Care services
The successful candidate will:
- Renegotiate curent contracts
- Release resources to be re-invested into the community palliative care service
- Redefine specification for the core community palliative care service
- Begin competitive dialogue process with providers
- Meet defined QIPP objectives
