Your tasks:
- Management of individual cases such as inquiries and complaints according to ISO and regulatory Quality system requirements in a timely manner
- Collection of all relevant data and evaluation of the escalated complaint
- Resolving cases and performing correct processing and documentation for individuals cases according to applied medical standards and quality systems
Your qualifications
- Work experience in the area of medical technology, medical device R&D or operations related functions
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality practices
- Experience in complaint management
- Academic degree in Engineering, Biotechnology or equivalent experience

- Quality manager
