My client is seeking an expert in coordination.
Working from my client's offices you will coordinate engineering resource for the central region.
You will coordinate tasks/roles engineers in the central area are working, ensuring SLAs and project commitments are met. Maintain various documents, plans and schedules as part of your daily duties, you will also liaise with other departments to maximise resource.
To track and monitor field engineers, reporting absence, skills deficiencies and general feedback to the UK Engineer Resource Control Manager and Area Engineering Manager as appropriate.
Skilled in use of Microsoft Office, you will preferably have undertaken a similar role previously before.
You will have excellent telephone manner and work well within a team.
