Mentmore Recruitment are engaging with a global financial services organisation who are going through a period of growth. They are looking to bring on board an experienced Enterprise Architect to support them on this journey.
Key Accountabilities:

Develops and maintains reference architectures (RA) and standards, rules and guidelines (SRG) for Payments.

Develops and maintains roadmaps for the assigned TOM domain and aligns these with the surrounding domains.

Content coaching of Domain Architects

Setting the strategy and roadmaps around how Enterprise Architecture will benefit the growth of the business.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good senior-level stakeholder management soft skills and competencies
Required Skills:
- IT Architect (6+ years) in Payments
- Proven experiences in business and IT transformation
- Excellent knowledge of new technologies and external developments
- team management/leadership
- Knowledge of banking products and processes
