DESCRIPTIONThe Enterprise Architecture Program Consultant will assist and support the Head of Performance Management in aligning IT Strategy and Planning with the company's scientific and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Enterprise Architecture assets, principles, blueprints, architect artifact standards, and guidelines.
- Produce transition and migration roadmaps.
- Define and document architectural domain strategy.
- Maintain and monitor standards and guidelines of IT projects incorporating them into the technical architecture.
- Analyze and evaluate technology, trends, and industry intelligence.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or + degree in technology discipline: IT or Computer Science preferred.
- Certifications or conceptual understanding of TOGAF 8 or 9; Business Process Management (BPM) and ITIL V2 or V3
- 5-8 Years IT Enterprise Architecture Experience.
- 3-5 Years Experience Creating and Documenting.
- 5 Years experience in Architecture Enterprise in concepts and methodologies.
- 4 (+) Years experience in business process modelling to include process design and improvement.
- 3(+) Years experience with service oriented architecture (SOA) solutions, Master Data Management (MDM) solutions, ERP Systems ( PeopleSoft/Oracle), design of Java, J2EE C++, SharePoint and Microsoft.
- Experience designing and deploying multi-tier solutions across multiple physical locations - To include "Rapid Application
Development". - Ability to work within framework and processes with success.
- Ability to create data models and diagrams using Visio, visual architect, and other industry standard tools.
- Enterprise Architecture repository tools (BPA, IBM Systems).
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and visualization.
- Communication capabilities at all levels of the organization.
