Enterprise Solution Architect

Location: Paris, France or Brussels, Belgium
Contract Duration: 12 Months + Extension Options
Start Date: 1 December 2026
Working Model: Hybrid (1-2 days onsite per week)
Languages: French and English (Mandatory)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to support a major business transformation initiative spanning multiple European countries. The successful consultant will be responsible for assessing business requirements, leading architecture studies, and defining future-state solutions that support the harmonisation of processes across the organisation.
This role requires a strategic thinker who can engage confidently with executive stakeholders while also working closely with local business teams to understand country-specific requirements and identify opportunities for standardisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture assessments and business transformation studies
• Analyse current operating models and define target-state solution landscapes
• Engage with senior stakeholders, including executives, business leaders and global process owners
• Gather and challenge business requirements to ensure alignment with long-term strategic objectives
• Identify opportunities for process convergence and cross-country standardisation
• Support the development of common business capabilities while balancing local operational needs
• Define architecture roadmaps and transformation recommendations
• Ensure consistency of architectural decisions across multiple workstreams and countries
• Facilitate discussions between business and technology teams to drive alignment and adoption

Required Experience

• Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect or Business Transformation Architect
• Proven track record within large-scale international transformation programmes
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working across multiple countries and complex business environments
• Ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic decision-making
• Understanding of enterprise business processes and operating model transformation
• Experience working with SAP-based organisations and understanding the business impact of transformation programmes
• Fluent French and English communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience within the Energy or Utilities sector
• Exposure to business integration, process harmonisation or post-acquisition transformation programmes
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide operating model or digital transformation initiatives

You will be comfortable operating at executive level, facilitating discussions across international teams, and driving alignment towards common enterprise solutions while balancing local business requirements.
