Enterprise Architect, Application, TOGAF, Archimate ideally.
Design Patterns, Roadmaps.
EA with strong Application Background who can understand all elements of Enterprise Architecture. Ideally you will have TOGAF and Archimate. Togaf as a minimum really.
Strong delivery, programme experience, and strong lead solution architect, strong design, strong design governance.
Must also have pre delivery/pre project - strategy building & planning, roadmap, stakeholder engagement
Looking for stronger EA capability with strategy, planning & roadmaps. Preferably with more relevant domain experience in retail
- Delivery of designs to time, cost and quality
- Accuracy of estimates and improvement of estimates over time
- Number of change requests raised during Detailed Design, Build and Test
- Feedback from Design Authority reviews
- Feedback from Strategy & Architecture on contribution to Strategic and Architectural Roadmaps and confirmation that designs are compliant with the overall architecture unless deviation agreed
- Feedback from team members on contribution towards the team's success, collaboration and support for and coaching of other team members
- Feedback from partners and third parties on joint working
- Feedback from business teams on the quality of deliverables/products/solutions and support provided
- Maintains knowledge of specific technical specialisms and provides detailed advice regarding their application and the execution of specialised tasks.

- Analyses business processes, identifies alternative solutions, assesses feasibility, and recommends new approaches.

- Maintains awareness of opportunities provided by new technology to address challenges or to enable new or improved ways of working.

- Works to ensure that there is a business perspective on how the new technical capabilities will be delivered into the business, including planning around key business cycles and selecting appropriate users for acceptance
