I current have a requirement for a Change Manager to work in Yorkshire. The successful candidate will need to work alongside Electronic Patient Record project and lead the operational and clinical teams in service and performance improvement by implementing and facilitating sustainable change. The ideal candidate will have experience working on EPR systems. The contractor will be responsible for identifying, defining and tracking the benefits and outcomes required for the project as well implement change programmes and projects. Effectively what our client needs is someone to take the lead on identifying an demonstrating benefits effectively and able to prove the effectiveness of EPR systems on how they can save cost and time to clinicians and stakeholders.The successful candidate must be an 'expert' in the use of improvement tools and techniques including:- Process mapping patient pathways and work processes- Demand & Capacity studies- Applying Statistical Process Controls to diagnose inefficiencies and measure effectiveness of change- Service redesign- Role redesign and work practice change- Group facilitation
The day rate on offer in £300 - £350 with a 3 month contract on offer
