Description
Responsibilities- Leads working sessions to derive business and technical requirements throughout the various business and technical capabilities within a utility.
- Creates business process design flows, document notes, follow-ups, and issues from design meetings to prepare business readiness plans.
- Provides options to open issues.
SKILLS
- Utility and AMI Experience is mandatory - Gas and Electric.
- Must have Business Process Design experience, as well as Facilitation experience - leading working sessions to derive business and technical requirements throughout the various business and technical capabilities within a Utility.
- Ability to create business process designs flows, document notes, follow-ups, issues from design meetings, preparing business readiness plans required.
- Must be a self-starter with the ability to follow up one on one with client subject matter experts, form options to open issues.
- Requires experience in Metering, Meter Shop processes, Service Orders, AMI Deployment, Meter Data Management, Billing, Outage Management, and Revenue Protection.
