ERP Solution Specialist/SME - Cloud-Based ERP Solutions
Overview of the project
My client have reviewed their ERP needs, and in order to achieve their identified core outcomes from an ERP solution and inherent processes, they wish to embark on a project aimed at creating a modern, optimised, integrated cloud-based ERP solution via either upgrade or replacement.
The expectation is this system will have as little as possible customisation and a minimum of configuration. On choosing a platform my client will follow the processes inbuilt in that system looking to take an out of the box approach to the implementation as much as possible.
The next step in the project is to look for someone who will start to understand my clients business requirements and deliver an externally-referenced recommendation on how to proceed, getting my client to a position of being ready to tender for a partner to implement the selected solution.
As part of this engagement the consultant will review, challenge, validate and assist expanding the outline business case already drafted, based on the recommendations from their work including defining detailed business requirements.
