Nicholas Bernard seek an ERP Training manager for an initial 6 month contract in Saudi Arabia.
ERP Training Managers will be responsible for
Development of a training strategy for an ERP project which will cover modules like Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Equipment Rental etc
Development of a Training Needs Analysis to identify job roles, locations, training plan - very much an instructor led programme - no elearning necessary
Review existing materials along with the UAT plan to see what new materials need to be developed
Develop a schedule of trainers and process owners to deliver training courses
Typical weekly reporting and administration related to the above tasks.
ERP Training Managers will ideally have Oracle, INFOR, SAP or Microsoft Dynamix experience.
