Description
This NHS client is looking for a project manager to implement key additions to their Electronic Staff Record System to help streamline reporting processes and improve workforce information within HR and across the Trust.You will have previously implemented this Oracle based HR and payroll system into an NHS environment.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a ESR system and understand how best the Trust can develop ESR benefit further. In addition you will have strong project and people management skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and will have a sound understanding of ESR.
You will also need experience of project planning of other work streams that potentially arise from the merge / de-merge projects (OLM, NLMS, RA/UIM, Policy Consolidation)
