Maintenance Engineers - Estates & Facilities/Public Sector/Northumberland/6 Month Contract
Roc Search is currently recruiting for 2x Maintenance Engineers, one Fitter & one Electrican, to an NHS Trust in the North East. This is for an initial period of 6 months with potential to be extended. This is a good opportunity for someone to take responsibility for a variety of new installation, maintenance and repair tasks across one site. This role is slotting into an established team supporting the current Estates Team with:
- Laundry & Catering Equipment
- Sterilisers
- Drainage/Sewerage
- Ventilation Plant
- Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- BMS Control Systems
- Electrical Building Services
The successful candidate will have:
- ONC/HNC in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
16th Edition (only applicable for electrical role)
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience in an NHS or University Estates Department
- City & Guilds Certificate in Testing & Inspection
- Experience on cross trade working
