ETL Developer/Datastage Engineer (ETL Analyst Developer). £500-£550/day INSIDE IR35. KEY SKILLS DATASTAGE 11.5+, Oracle & Datastage 60% remote and 40% London office
My HE client seeks a strong ETL Developer/Datastage Engineer with DATASTAGE 11.5+ and Oracle.
Business Objects OR TABLEAU along with any unix Shell Scripting a bonus but not essential.
The key requirements:
- Strong experience in IBM Datastage 11.5 and higher.
- Basic Level Experience in UNIX and Shell Scripts.
- Experience in SQL writing in Oracle 12c and higher and Database concept
Essential
- Expert knowledge and skill in IBM Datastage (Information Server 11.5)
- Strong experience in one of reporting tools
- Good knowledge of IBM Datastage Administration
- Experience in the maintenance and support of Datastage processes
- Good knowledge of Data Warehousing principles
- Good SQL skills
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix and experience creating bash or Powershell scripts
- An excellent understanding of Management Information/Business Intelligence/Analytics.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, sharing knowledge and skills and developing productive working relationships.
- Experience in Agile methodology and JIRA
Any one of the reporting tools is DESIRABLE -
1. Business Objects Suites (WebI, universe tools, Lumira) v4.2 and higher
2. Tableau dashboard 2020 and higher
