Good design and development experience is required

Hands on Development experience using ETL tools
Requirement analysis and scoping experience
Good troubleshooting skills
Ability to develop test scripts and deployment documents
Very good understanding of Data Warehousing Architecture and Concepts and methodologies (Kimball), Star & Snowflake Schema, Fact & Dimensions tables and Logical & Physical data model
Good communication and Interpersonal Skills
