My client, a large global airline company, is seeking to hire an experienced EUC Enterprise Architect. The client is currently investing heavily in their data capability to enable them to be the most data driven airline in the world, They are embarking on a business-driven modernisation initiative to ensure that their core systems are well placed to support their short and long-term business objectives - and that they continue to perform as the business grows
They are actively working towards improving their digital customer experience and working towards a implementing an Omni-channel, personalised customer experience
The Job:
Set the direction for the enterprise IT estate with a focus on each domain, to help shape decision making on IT solutions/systems.
Assure that complex solutions are of good quality and aligned.
Own the high-level framework for all IT architecture activities.
Working collaboratively with team and other EAs to ensure the IT estate is consistent across domains
Encourage team interaction and communication
Provide strong technical leadership ensuring the Enterprise Architecture is consistent throughout the project
As a Enterprise Architect your skills will ideally include:
Previous experience working with senior business stakeholders, IT leadership and EP&C to help get ahead' of change demand. Previous strong experience with EUC Strategies and have worked several roles CX/EX Previous experience working closely with Solution Architects and Programme Managers to help steer and assure IT change. Previous experience developing strategies, principles, and roadmaps in alignment with business strategies and objectives Experience leading the strategic planning process and support the company mission & goals Experience in creating architectural roadmaps and define policies & standards for the organisation Experience providing strong technical leadership, ensuring the enterprise architecture is consistent throughout the project You must be able to travel onsite 2-3 days per week in Luton
