Description
Opening in Washington, DC for an Executive Assistant. Prefer recent college graduate that is enthusiastic and looking for some work experience. This is a 4-8 week assignment and could lead to permanent basis for the right candidate.
Key responsibilities include strategic prioritization in calendar/schedule management, which requires the ability to proactively and effectively re-prioritize and change direction in response to unpredictable situations throughout the day.
Additional responsibilities include:
managing complex domestic/international travel logistics, submitting timely and accurate expense reports, and planning meetings and events.
The successful candidate must have the ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and accommodate various work styles. The candidate will be able to manage priorities and tradeoffs in a continually changing environment, with demonstrated ability to communicate those changes and bring issues to a quick and solid resolution. Ability to maintain confidential information as well as the aptitude to work independently to achieve results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail are required. Candidate must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Flexibility to be available outside core business hours and overtime may be required. Experience with Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred.
