Ihre Aufgaben:
- To manage the diary of the team
- To provide secretarial and administrative support to the designated team members as requested from time to time ensuring that a professional image is maintained at all times through the production of timely, accurate documentation/correspondence and organizational arrangements
- To organize internal and external meetings where required including set up of necessary equipment, and refreshments, and to proactively handle meeting agenda, meeting minutes, action lists and follow ups
- To ensure necessary organizational arrangements are in place for newly hired employees
- To act as minute taker in the department meetings other meetings as required
- To make all travel and accommodation arrangements for the team, as required
- Supporting the preparation of high quality presentations in line with corporate identity guidelines
- To deputize for assistants to other departments for holidays and absence and provide telephone lunch cover between the assistants on a daily base
- To proactively handle/action all departmental correspondence and telephone calls for the above named team, initiating a response in a timely manner
Ihre Qualifikation
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Generally proven related experience in a similar position
- Experience in supporting senior level management
- Extensive working knowledge of MS Word, MS Outlook
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
