Executive Engagement Manager - EMEA (VIP Tech Customer/Events - Executive Briefing Centre)
12-Month Contract | Inside IR35 - £400 - £500 per day | London Hybrid (3 days per week) + European Travel | January 2027 Start
Fancy organising VIP customer experiences, executive events and high-profile meetings for one of the world's fastest-growing technology companies?
This is a great opportunity to join a global technology business operating at the forefront of AI and data, working closely with C-level executives and senior leadership across EMEA.
It's a fun, fast-moving and varied role, but one with high expectations. You'll need to be exceptionally organised, confident dealing with senior executives and comfortable delivering at pace, often with limited direction and tight deadlines.
You'll take ownership of the London Executive Briefing Centre, organising and hosting visits from senior executives at some of the world's biggest companies.
Alongside this, you'll manage high-profile executive events across Europe, including leadership dinners, VIP receptions, customer roundtables and roadshows in cities such as Amsterdam, Munich, Stockholm and Paris.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and host VIP customer visits at the London HQ.
- Organise executive meetings, customer briefings and product demonstrations.
- Plan and deliver C-level events, executive dinners, VIP receptions and roadshows across EMEA.
- Work closely with C-level executives, senior leadership, sales teams and external suppliers.
- Own event programmes end to end, including planning, venues, catering, AV, hospitality and delivery.
- Manage multiple priorities, last-minute requests and changing requirements professionally and at pace.
- Track event outcomes, customer feedback and follow-up actions.
- Potentially support an Executive Sponsorship Programme, coordinating relationships and engagement between senior executives and key customers.
Experience required:
- Strong background in corporate events, executive engagement or high-profile customer programmes.
- Proven experience organising and delivering events involving C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
- Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment with demanding senior executives and tight deadlines.
- Able to take a brief, work independently and deliver without needing constant direction.
- Proactive, polished and professional, with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ideally experience within a global technology, SaaS or large corporate environment.
- London-based, with flexibility to attend the office and travel across Europe as required.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys high-profile events, working with senior executives and taking real ownership in a fast-moving international business.
Initial 12-month contract, Inside IR35, £400-500 per day, London hybrid with some European travel (Expensed), starting January 2027. Potential annual extensions.
