Description
Project Goal: We are seeking an experienced freelance CMS consultant to provide technical support for our cloud-based content management platform used with ePaper display systems that we manufacture and deploy.
Main Tasks:
- Provide ongoing implementation support for our CMS backend
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the content management platform
- Support client onboarding processes
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience supporting digital signage or ePaper display content management systems
- Client-facing technical skills
- Ability to work independently
Project Duration / Engagement Model:
- Contract consulting role, not a full-time position
- Ongoing engagement on an hourly or project-based basis
Expected Results:
- Reliable ongoing technical support for CMS backend operations
- Smooth client onboarding and implementation processes
- Effective troubleshooting of platform-related issues
Work Model:
- Dallas, Texas area preferred; remote considered for qualified candidates
