Main tasks:
- Provide general administrative support to the Department
- Travel organization
- Time Management
- Training Management / records management
- Point of contact for complex inquiries, statistics preparation, electronic and physical filing and documentation
- Administrative organization of on- and off-boarding in collaboration with line managers, HR and employees
- Organization and coordination of internal and external meetings
- Keep databases up-to-date
- Maintenance and ordering of equipment and office supplies
- Various administrative tasks
- Support team members in expatriate matters
Main qualifications
- Excellent language skills, both written and verbal in English and German
- Ability to interact with internal and external contacts on all hierarchical levels
- Efficient and independent working style
- Ability for multitasking and handling of pressure with a positive attitude
- English - Proficient ; German - Proficient
- Excellent skills in MS Office, preferably pre-knowledge in SAP and G Suite (Gmail, GCal, GDocs etc.)
