* The drafting of SDP
* The supply of all deliverables related to the PMLC methodology.
In the context of projects, project management services consist of:
* Support to the profession in writing expressions of needs
* Replaying the expression of need
* Writing functional specifications
* Functional impact analysis
* Functional watch (ex evolution of the market references)
* Writing test strategies and test plans
* Execution of tests and analysis of results (possibly)
