Description

An international company in the energy sector, operating the electricity transmission grid in Belgium and Germany, is looking for a Senior .NET Developer with Blazor to support ongoing initiatives within its existing software engineering teams.

You will work on the technical migration of real-time .NET applications to .NET 8, Blazor and REST, support application installations and contribute to new development, following the company's standards and delivering high-quality code.

Responsibilities
  • Support the ongoing initiatives within the existing development teams
  • Support the technical migration of applications to .NET 8, Blazor and REST
  • Support the installation of NM10 .NET real-time (RT) applications
  • Contribute to the development of the Activage project
  • Follow the company's development standards and ensure high-quality code delivery
  • Take accountability for your own tasks

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of the following technologies:
  • .NET 8
  • EF Core
  • Blazor WebAssembly
  • SQL Server
  • MongoDB
  • RabbitMQ
  • TDD
  • Micro-services architecture is a plus
  • Good communication skills and accountability for your tasks
  • Languages: good level of Dutch and/or French, and English

Project Details
  • Location: Brussels, Belgium (Schaerbeek / Empereur)
  • Work Model: Hybrid
  • Onsite Requirement: 2 days per week, 60% remote
  • Workload: 100% (Monday to Friday)
  • Start: mid-February 2027
  • Duration: until 31.12.2027, approx. 11 months
  • Non-EU candidates: a valid work permit and residence permit for Belgium are required
