Description
My client, a top UK bank, is looking for a finance admin support to come in on a six month contract ASAP.Main Function
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Invoice Approvals chasing invoice approvals through line management and on the AIMs system.
- Maintaining invoice and PO tracker
- Setting up of new vendors
- Progressing of all managed services requirements through the sourcing process ensuring all appropriate sign-offs are achieved
- Compiling monthly accruals and transfers
- Organisational Management
- Liaising with vendors to ensure appropriate credit notes, and timely payments
Person Requirements
- Stakeholder management skills, including negotiation and influencing
- PC skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel are particularly important)
- SAP experience
- Controls oriented
