Wholesale Finance Analyst
Our client, a leading Public Sector utilities provider is looking for a Wholesale Finance Analyst to join their Wholesale Billing team in Edinburgh.
The successful candidate will have a billing/customer experience background.
The role:
* Preparing and issuing invoices to Wholesale Licensed Providers in line with monthly deadlines
* Investigating disputes by liaising between the Licensed Provider and the relevant team in Scottish Water
* Dealing with queries either by telephone or email
Essential skills background:
* Experience of dealing with customers
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Numerate with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Strong communication and problem solving skills
The initial contract is for 3 months with the possibility of extension (37 hours per week).
Rate: £11.30/hour
