FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER (CONTACT CENTRE) required to work for a large company based in Maidenhead.
The Finance Business Partner (Contact Centre) will report into the People & Customer Senior Finance Manager, acting as the Finance BP for our Contact Centre. The Finance Analyst (Contact Centre) will be supporting the Director of Contact Centre, with Month-Ends, Budgeting, Forecasting, Presenting, Controlling costs, Business case analysis, and managing headcount and costings associated with offshore managed service contact centre.
The Finance Business Partner (Contact Centre) will have a direct report - 1 x analyst, so will ideally have some experience in managing someone beforehand.
The successful Finance Business Partner (Contact Centre) must have:
- Will need to be CIMA or qualified as a minimum
- Must have reported into Director level
- Ideally will have previous contact centre experience within similar industry
- Ideally will l have managed a direct report before
- Must be pro-active, can use initiative, self-starter
- Need to be engaging, with an ability to interact with business stakeholders, and present back to them.
- IT literate - MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
