Finance Change ManagerA leading UK bank has a requirement for a Finance Change Manager to join the Finance Business Services (FBS) team in Bristol on a 3 month contract basis, with extensions expected for the successful candidate.
The Finance Change Manager will be responsible for the delivery of project lead change; shaping, managing, controlling and delivering change initiatives to FBS.
The successful Finance Change Manager must meet the following criteria to be considered for the role:
- Specialist knowledge of FBS Systems and Tools
- Strong finance systems and/or regulatory change background
- C-level or above Stakeholder management
- Track record of resource planning/ forecasting, and change delivery
- Project managed full project life-cycle
- Capable of identifying and mitigating risk
- Excellent communication skills
