Description

SMP Finance Coordinator
Location: Loughborough (2 days office 3 days home)
Salary: £16.41 PH
Contract 12 Months

The SMP Coordinator is responsible for supporting the department by initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and closing assigned activities related to interactions with healthcare professionals and professional medical societies and organizations.

*Follows a selected number of clearly defined procedures under general guidance.
*Handles inquiries of moderate scope and complexity.
*Utilizes advanced database management skills to monitor data, interpret and produce standard reports plus summary analysis reports to management.
*Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.
*Serves as the liaison between various departments.
*Supports expense reporting, travel arrangements and accruals
*Managing invoices, pay health care professionals for any activity.
*Managing end-end process for customers
*Coordinate meetings, keep track of applications, managing documents & timelines
*Managing payments within time limit
*Managing databases, excel - smartsheet, shared drive.
*Reporting, pulling data and reports for senior management - using SmartSheets, Excel.
*Guides the successful completion of special projects, often supporting multiple stakeholders.
*Supports administrative tool development.
*Resolves administrative problems by analysing information, identifying solutions.
*Establishes, maintains, and ensures compliance with Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Procedures, and Work Instructions.
*Acts as administrative liaison
*Other duties as assigned
*Grants committee coordinator
*Process payments and supplier set up for Grants and HCPs

Experience/
*Degree Accounting software and basic accounting principles qualification
*Business Administration recognized qualification
*Experience with Accounting software and basic accounting principles
*Proven organizational skills
*Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
*Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Administrative support experience
*Experience with Smart Sheet/DocuSign
