Description

As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Applying knowledge and experience to accounting transactions, including statutory accounts, financial statements and reports.
  • Delivering accurate, complete and compliant accounting records within the accepted accounting policies and principles.
  • Providing financial support including month end accounting, forecasting, budgeting, and analyses of variations from budget.
  • Analysing and resolving problems using standard accounting procedures.
  • Guiding and coaching junior members of the team on a range of accounting processes.
  • Preparing financial analysis to support business cases for bids and pricing decisions, along with taking accountability for commercial bids, financial assumptions and projections.
  • Managing the performance of a Finance team to deliver efficient finance processes.

To be successful in this assignment, you will need to be a fully and professionally qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant. It is also essential that you have:

  • 5 years+ PQE with grounding in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong gravitas to persuade and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of management accounting and business partnering experience.
  • Demonstrate resilience, strong commercial acumen and the ability to drive change.
