SC Clearance Required
Key Tasks and Deliverables:
- To set up and organise the finance process and work along side the HR manager doing the recruitment process.
- Ability to set up/process and track expenditure.
- Control budgets.
- Assisting the Chief Executive in the preparation of a corporate budget and the subsequent management of this delegated budget
- Providing input into the development of and then ensuring compliance with finance and procurement policies
- Ensure regular review of expenditure takes place
- Production of monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounts, budgets and forecasts; maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes
- Preparation of VAT returns; administration of the evidence of need and drawdown of Grant-In-Aid
- Manage the outsourced finance and payroll contract and supplier.
