FINANCE PROJECT MANAGER/FINANCE CHANGE MANAGER - LIFE & PENSIONS
My client, a high profile Life & Pensions company, is urgently seeking a Finance Project Manager to support their Finance department deliver key finance change initiatives.
Location: South Birmingham
Rate: £/day
The successful candidate will provide a lead of Finance operational projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Responsibilities/Deliverables
- Support Half Year 2015 planning working with permanent Finance Project Managers;
- Lead Half Year 2015 pre-valuation activity: ensure all agreed hand-offs take place by working with the business;
- Prepare all plans for 3Q15 Solvency 2 Pillar 1 valuation.
Requirements
- Significant change management experience within a Financial Services organisation and prior exposure to a similar regulatory and accounting environment.
- Solvency II exposure/preparation experience;
- Strong project management, planning and organisational skills (recognised PM qualification beneficial);
- Excellent communicator and relationship builder, with effective influencing skills at a senior management level;
- Strong commercial acumen.
