Description
Main Responsibilities:
* Support the completion of the Training Needs Analysis for the finance teams
* Development of training solutions for a large IT implementation projects
* Development of course outlines, course scripts and scenarios
* Create supporting reference materials
* Participate in UAT for knowledge transfer
* Course Pilot and sign off processes
Essential skills and experience:
* Accounting or Operational Finance experience
* Excellent training course design and development skills
* Experience working in a legal or professional services environment
* Experience of working through complex, complete project life cycles
* Experience of obtaining knowledge from project documentation and SMEs
* Advanced presentation skills
* Demonstrable experience in creating high quality, succinct training reference guides
* Ability to perform well under pressure and to work to deadlines
* Excellent time management and prioritisation skills
* Must have a proactive, problem solving approach
* Ability to work autonomously where required
* Experience of working remotely and/or within a variety of international cultures
* Knowledge of learning methodologies and learning styles
* Have the credibility, presence and presentation skills to influence at all levels
Desirable skills and experience
* Train-the-Trainer Certification (eg LPI)
* On-line training certification (eg COLF, CDOL)
