I am looking to hire a Financial Accountant.

Project management accounting or contract modelling management accounting experience' that would be useful for managing the relationships with governments suppliers
Essential Experience:
- M&A - Due diligence for sale- Management accounting for a major ie £5m + Customer/Supplier relationship- open book
- In your supporting statement you should provide examples of your experience in meeting the appointment criteria listed under Part One of the person specification. For those invited for interview, these responses will be further developed and discussed taking into account Part Two of the specification Part one: Knowledge and Experience
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA)
- Good understanding of statutory and contract accounting
- Some exposure either to public procurement procedures or buying in a private sector organisation
- Ability to develop detailed work plans, manage multiple projects, and lead team members
- Strong financial, analytical, technical, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent relationship skills; strong presentation skills
- Substantial knowledge of PC-based analytical tools, including databases (Access) and spreadsheets (Excel)
- Ability to strongly and confidently communicate with supplier personnel and civil servants outside CCS
- Understanding of risk, and commercial mechanisms to allocate and/or share risk.
- Understanding of legal terminology and the process of resolving disputes
- Previous experience working in fast-moving project and/or programme environments with numerous stakeholders
- An understanding of the commercial landscape, including one or more of CTT's key market sectors:
IT services, BPO, Business Services and FM. - Understanding of (or ability to assimilate quickly) public sector governance processes
