- Provide an invaluable analysis and exception based reporting tool, which will support the issue management model during migration activities.
- Accessible MI via automated dashboards which will interpret complex transactional data using tabular and graphical formatting, with appropriate commentary thus increasing usability.
- Dashboards and trackers which will provide key information to support the monitoring/management of all account balances.
- Exception reports will also be developed listing variables falling outside of the relevant Control Policy tolerance levels, eg threshold values, turnaround times, etc.
