To be considered for the role you will need to have:
- Strong academic background with a minimum of 5 years' experience as a Financial Controller/Finance Manager for a £100m turnover organisation.
- Up to date knowledge of the UK tax environment and the ability to evidence such.
- US GAAP exposure.
- Statutory accounting and audit experience.
- Working knowledge of SOX.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt and command respect at all levels of the organisation.
- Strong experience of producing financial statements.
- Hands on experience of delivering Finance Transformation.
