Description

We are actively seeking 3 x Product Managers to work for our financial services customer based in Edinburgh.

The roles we have available are to provide actuarial input in support of development of new annual benefits statements for longstanding pensions and investment products.

The project is in response to a review of the FCA response after a Thematical review into long standing customers and changes/reviews of products sold to them. Within the program there are a number of different requirements set by the FCA with existing customers, looking at how they communicate and setting up a governance strategy to ensure the correct information is given on a regular basis.

The department is broken down into various operations focusing on the way the organization communicates with its customers and reviewing existing charges.

Role is to understand customer & business requirements & document customer treatment/journey

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand customer needs and business objectives to define and document the customer treatment/outcomes for transformation of customer communications (initially focusing on Annual Benefits Statements ABS); support the delivery of the new ABS ensuring that what is delivered meets customer needs.
  • Designing new annual; benefit statements to customer, understanding of the products, life and pensions products (old Legacy investment products), bonds endowments.
