Foreign Exchange Dealer/£480 per day/12-month contract/London
Foreign Exchange Dealer wanted by one of the worlds largest and most recognised FMCG organisations to support on a 12-month contract executing multi-million-pound deals.
Foreign Exchange Dealer will be working for a genuine, recognised, global industry leader in a 12-month contract role that has come about due to a manager being seconded onto a treasury transformation programme.
Foreign Exchange Dealer will suit and FX Deals with experience of executing large volume, large value FX transactions. Foreign Exchange Dealer is working in a team that works with around 40,000 deals, an FX turnover of £350m and an investment portfolio of several billion.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for the execution of daily Foreign Exchange (FX) deals
Perform analysis and make recommendations for routine hedging programs, agreeing hedge requirements with Local Operating Companies (LOCs) and with Corporate Finance
Support, review and analysis of hedging requests prepared by Corporate Finance and by LOCs
Build and maintain global bank relationships
Dealing all transactions in accordance with Treasury policies, with approved counterparties and within approved limits
Maintain a culture of continuous improvement within the department, initiating and implementing improvements when identified
KEY SKILLS
Understanding of Finance and/or Accounting
Experience of FX dealing in a multinational corporate environment
Foreign Exchange Dealer is a contract role for an initial period of 12 months offering a daily rate up to £480. I must stress to be considered for this role candidate should have high volume ForEx Dealing experience.
