Senior Freelance Agile Coach (24 hours/week-Dutch speaker)For a client of mine I am actively looking for a talented Agile Coach to play a key role in achieving organization's ambitious goals. In this role you will be responsible for training and coaching several team on Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodologies and frameworks. If you want to apply lean and agile values and principles thoroughout the organization in order to drive transormative change, you should not hesitate to apply immediately.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Lean/Agile methodologies, bridging business operations and IT.
- Proficient in SCRUM and KANBAN.
- Affinity with the port and civil engineering industry.
- Proactive, independent, and well-versed in the latest developments in lean/agile methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to deliver effective presentations and training sessions on agility.
Please note that due to the nature of the project, client is looking for Dutch speakers able to work on an hybrid model.
